Access, opportunities and equal standing — judged by the work, not by title or origin.
Syntagma Science ist die Plattform und Community für unabhängige Forschung. Sie richtet sich an Forschende, Wissenschaftlerinnen, Wissenschaftler und Universitäten und an alle, die ohne institutionelle Anbindung forschen. Zugang, Möglichkeiten und Gleichberechtigung — gemessen an der Arbeit, nicht an Titel oder Herkunft.
Until now, Syntagma Forschung was the label under which the research on this site was published. From now on it is a project of its own, with its own website, run as a strand of the sole proprietorship Thomas Schüller and partly used commercially.
Bisher war Syntagma Forschung das Label, unter dem die Forschung dieser Seite veröffentlicht wurde. Ab jetzt ist es ein eigenes Vorhaben mit eigener Website, geführt als Strang des Einzelunternehmens Thomas Schüller und teilweise gewerblich genutzt.

Syntagma Forschung is the free channel: working papers and preprints, published via Zenodo and ORCID under CC BY, freely accessible. syntagma-science.com is the commercial platform: licences, specialist books, tools and learning. Both carry the name Syntagma and are run separately — what is free goes to Zenodo; what is sold runs through the platform.
Syntagma Forschung ist der freie Kanal: Working Papers und Preprints, veröffentlicht über Zenodo und ORCID unter CC BY, frei zugänglich. syntagma-science.com ist die gewerbliche Plattform: Lizenzen, Fachbücher, Werkzeuge und Lernen. Beide tragen den Namen Syntagma und werden getrennt geführt — was frei ist, geht auf Zenodo; was verkauft wird, läuft über die Plattform.
Syntagma is the point of contact for research questions across all brands — the in-house transdisciplinary institute, providing scientific support for the applications of the other brands. Test phases, theses (bachelor to doctorate) and accompanying research are advertised through Syntagma.
Syntagma ist bei Forschungsfragen aller Marken der Ansprechpartner — das hauseigene transdisziplinäre Institut, das die Anwendungen der anderen Marken wissenschaftlich begleitet. Testbetriebe, Abschlussarbeiten (Bachelor bis Dissertation) und Begleitforschung werden über Syntagma ausgeschrieben.

GitHub holds the living code; Zenodo holds the citable archived state with a DOI. Research content is published under CC BY 4.0, tools under their respective open licences. Photographic and artistic work is deliberately handled differently and stays under full copyright.
GitHub hält den lebenden Code, Zenodo den zitierfähigen Archivstand mit DOI. Forschungsinhalte erscheinen unter CC BY 4.0, Werkzeuge unter ihren jeweiligen offenen Lizenzen. Fotografische und künstlerische Arbeit wird bewusst anders behandelt und bleibt vollständig urheberrechtlich geschützt.
